Return - eBook All Sales on eBooks are FINAL
• Because of the nature of the product of eBooks we cannot accept eBook returns or exchanges.
• As an eBook cannot be physically returned as a paperback book can be returned, it is our policy not to offer a refund on successful purchases. • Please make sure you order the correct format of eBook when you place your order. We also cannot exchange one eBook format with another format or with a print book. Sorry, no exceptions will be made • If your computer crashes we will not replace the eBooks you have purchased. • You have three downloads in your My Library, so you can download your eBook again if you haven't used your three downloads.
• If you purchased a book before My Library, we will not replace. • You are responsible for your computer and for keeping your eBooks in a safe place.

Refund from purchase at eRedSage if you: • Return new books in their original condition
• Include your packing slip or invoice
• Return within 30 days of invoice
• We will not refund original shipping costs and you are responsible for shipping return costs.
• We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Return by traceable ability.
• Your credit card will be credited for the return; it may take several billing cycles for the credit to show on your bill.
• We are unable to exchange items
• This only applies to books bought at eRedSage.com and not at another retail bookseller outlet, either online or any other means.
